Spink Comhaltas is very appreciative to be awarded a grant of €1,890 from Laois Co Council under the LCDC Community Enhancement Programme as part of our recent grant application.  This grant will be invested directly in improving the music and teaching facilities in Spink Community Hall and will offset the significant costs we have spent to install moveable partitions in the hall to allow us to create new teaching spaces.  This investment also will allow us to facilitate a return to in-person music classes while remaining compliant with Department of Health guidelines on the current Covid-19 pandemic.

The overall investment has been funded by a loan and this grant will help to repay this loan.
