Registration for Traditional Irish Music classes is now open, with classes commencing Friday 11 Sept for junior classes and Monday 21 Sept for Adult Classes.

In light of the continuing restrictions of Covid-19, all of our classes will be delivered as online classes until further notice.  Spink Comhaltas is fully set up for effective delivery of online classes with experienced teachers and music resources.

Register now – closing date of initial registration for junior classes is 6th Sept – musicians registered after this date may not be scheduled for classes on 11 Sept., but we will endeavour to register you for classes as soon as possible after this date.  Click here to register online for junior and adult classes.

Summary of fees for music classes with Spink Comhaltas in 2020/21:

Once off annual membership:
Junior (under 18) € 6
Senior (over 18) € 12
Family (2 adults, 4 children) € 20

Weekly class fees – payable one term in advance (payment will be by bank transfer) – payment details will be provided as part of the registration pack.

Adult classes € 10 – 30 minutes (beginner, intermediate / advanced classes)
Junior classes € 6 – 30 minutes (if you are taking a second instrument then this second class is € 3)

A music book will be provided along with access to other music resources as required. You will need to have access to a laptop or smart phone to take the classes as well as access to broadband.

Classes will be delivered online via Google Meet (or Zoom). All teachers are Garda Vetted and Spink Comhaltas has a code of conduct for online meetings and social media use.
