Spink Comhaltas performing on All Ireland Fleadh Gig Rig
Free open air performances at The Gig Rig on Bolton Square will kick off at 2pm on Friday 16th August. Spink Comhaltas will open what promises to be a great days entertainment that will include Drogheda Comhaltas, Irish Dancing, Gig Rig na Gaeilge with Comhaltas Tlachtga and 2018 All-Ireland Senior Céilí Band Champions, The Blackwater Céilí Band.

Registration for 2019/20 Season
Pre-registration for junior and adult music classes now open. Click on the link to register to reserve your place now. Payment of registration fees takes place on Friday 13th September between 7.00 pm and 8.30 pm in Knock Community Hall, Spink, with an assessment night for new joiners on Friday 20th September, and full classes resuming Friday 27th September. Adult music classes will commence 30th September.

The Leinster Fleadh in 2020 will be in Swords, Dublin. The dates of competitions are 10th to 12th July, with the wider festival running from 5th to 12th July.

Spink Comhaltas Autumn Seisiúns 2021 – 4 September
Spink Comhaltas are delighted to return to live music from 4 September to 2 October in the Manor Hotel, Abbeyleix. Join us every Saturday evening from 6.30 pm An opportunity to combine a visit to the Heritage Town of Abbeyleix, wonder at the peacefulness of nature in Abbeyleix Bog, enjoy great food and hospitality with the Manor Hotel, and listen to great music from Spink Comhaltas musicians. All are welcome - no entrance fee.
